AVT-WV/W2 (Wavy2)

Looking for a Mezz AVANT cue butt with a clean black finish and distinctive violet detailing? The Mezz AVT-WV/W2 combines black composite wood with Violet Dragon Juma inlays and uses Mezz’s Wavy 2 joint. At 29 inches and approximately 15 oz, this butt gives players a foundation they can build around their preferred Mezz shaft and playing setup.

The AVT-WV/W2 features a no-wrap grip and Mezz’s X-Bumper. The no-wrap configuration leaves the handle exposed, giving players a direct wood-to-hand feel while maintaining the clean appearance of the AVANT design. The Wavy 2 joint is also an important consideration when selecting a compatible shaft for the cue.

What makes the Mezz AVT-WV/W2 particularly interesting is the AVANT platform’s Dual Loading System. Mezz designed the system to accept weight bolts in both the forearm and butt end, allowing players to adjust weight and balance in 0.25 oz increments. The AVANT is sold as a butt-only model, so players can select a compatible shaft according to their preferred playing characteristics. The X-Bumper also supports compatible Mezz extensions.

For players comparing Mezz pool cues, the AVT-WV/W2 offers a different approach from a fixed-weight complete cue. Explore our Mezz Cues and Mezz Shafts to build a setup around the Wavy 2 joint. For complete specifications, visit Mezz’s official AVT-WV/W2 page.
